The lawsuit is about the number of sales people claimed previously.

However, major red flag, they keep rebranding to appeal to market - what business are they even in?;

2009 founded as C3 Energy - 2016 rebranded to C3 IOT - 2019 then to C3 AI -

Obviously this isn’t as bad as not taking profits at all and watching your calls / puts expire worthless but damn, every day when I check the tickers, SOFI, DKNG, PLTR have been torturing me. I took a modest profit in all of them way before expiry dates and was planning to get back in on the next dips, but it looks like all three found their footing and will likely only go up from here. I left a lot on the table.

How do you guys turn the page? Do you guys try to find plays on the same stocks or do you move one to completely different stocks? Or do you simply not let it affect you and do not let leaving money on the table bother you.

Nvidia, Apple blah blah blah ok ok hop on the back of some market brontosaurus if you want but I’m looking at what are some good DEALS for the future… I’m looking at a mouse.

Disney is getting clobbered, recent news events including scrapping $1B campus with DeSantis feud, laying off Pixar staff, writing off 2 billion dollar losses from streaming content they’re removing. Is this the kind of cost cutting measures it takes to be a market presence for decades? It’s multinational brand Disney… they own Star Wars… they own Pixar, they own over priced churro stands! Are they poised to rise from the ashes of the current shit show with a freshly trimmed bottom line on costs and a timeless brand?

And if you have to connect a dot with AI… movie studio animation AI, theme park animatronic AI, park security AI, cruise ship AI. If AI really is the next big “thing” it’s gotta go somewhere…and this company is land, sea, and TV.

The next quarter report may be a doozy with that $2 billion impairment charge, maybe a put for next quarter. But maybe investors will applaud the fat trimming, hmm.

The market is staying irrational longer than my anus can stay lubed. Over the last 1.5 years hikes haven't done shit to slow down jobs or core PCE. Jobs comes in hot, and it's rally like JPow just said "AI" at the Fed press conference.

Meanwhile, some other fuckers at the Fed are saying it's time to pause hikes when core inflation has fallen a whole 0.1%. The Fed has been "data dependent" for 1.5 years while inflation is sticking around harder than two dudes at 3:00 AM competing to stay awake to bone a drunk chick.

There's no stopping inflation, there's no soft landing, there's only keep the market pumped up. Bank fail? Bail that shit out. Hot jobs report/PCE sticky? Naw mother fucker, that's good news this month. Buying options? Watch this 30 minute post opening head fake, followed by an all day, theta burning, slow inverse rally.
